• Orders with completed payments received by 4.30PM are normally dispatched same day by 2nd Class Royal Mail. Larger orders may be shipped by an alternative method or split into multiple packets.
  • Any discrepancies or omissions with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Undelivered packages must be reported via email within 30 days of placing your order.
  • Any orders not received after a 15 working day period will be reported to the Royal Mail. We will not re despatch or refund for missing goods until an investigation has been completed by the Royal Mail and the package has been confirmed as lost/delayed.


  • You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods without stating a reason. Under these circumstances you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods and they must be returned unopened in their original packaging.

We offer a 90 day money back guarantee:
  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase then simply return it to us within 90 days in its original packaging along with your order number details and address, a description of the fault and print samples. A replacement cartridge or a refund will then be offered as long as (in the case of ink and toner cartridges) the product still contains a reasonable amount of ink or toner and the reported fault is present on testing.
  • Goods must be returned at your own cost and you are responsible for them until they reach us.
  • Returned goods that are found to have no fault or the fault is due to operator error will not be replaced or refunded for. If you wish to have these items returned to you then you will be required to pay for their carriage.
  • Our cartridges are guaranteed for a single use only. Although it is possible to reset and refill most of our cartridges we do not guarantee that the cartridges can be successfully refilled and that the chip (if fitted) can be successfully reset.
  • We cannot offer replacements or refunds for returned items that have had the vast majority of the product consumed.
  • We will refund for cartridges ordered in error only if they are returned to us at your own expense within 14 days of purchase and have not been removed from their sealed packaging. A restocking fee may apply if goods are returned after the 14 day period.
  • Faulty goods returned after the 90 day guarantee period will be replaced or refunded at the managers discretion.
